Associate (Litigation 3rd-4th Year)

Location: New York, NY – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $260,000 – $310,000 annually.

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Legal & Accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of litigation including investigations and pleadings
• Manage the discovery process and prepare witnesses for depositions
• Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs
• Oversee filing and service of pleadings
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Exercise strong professional judgment in a fast-paced setting
• Commit to personal and professional growth within the practice

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year law associate with a strong academic background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in oral advocacy, research, and writing
• Experience with litigation including all aspects of discovery
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Member of the New York State Bar in good standing
