Litigation Associate (2–3 Years)

About the role

The attorney will work on a variety of substantive litigation matters including complex litigation, trust disputes, corporate and partnership disputes, contract disputes, and intellectual property disputes.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings and motions
• Drafting and responding to written discovery
• Managing deadlines and case schedules

Requirements

• Meaningful litigation experience
• Superior legal research and writing skills
• Superior academic credentials from nationally recognized law schools

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of meaningful experience
• Experience working with complex litigation, trust disputes, corporate and partnership disputes, contract disputes, and intellectual property disputes
