Litigation Associate (1-3 years) - Rocky Hill, CT (Hybrid) I'm working with a collaborative, forward-thinking law firm seeking a Litigation Associate with 1 to 3 years of experience to join its Rocky Hill, CT office. This full-time hybrid role is a great opportunity for a junior attorney to build strong litigation skills. Compensation is $100,000 to $130,000 annually. What You'll Do Assist with all phases of defense litigation, including discovery, motion practice and trial preparation Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive reports and analyses Participate in court conferences, depositions and hearings Manage deadlines in line with client guidelines Maintain accurate time and billing records What You'll Bring 1 to 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting Admission to practice in Connecticut; NY, NJ or PA bar admissions a plus Strong legal writing, research, analytical and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines consistently Insurance defense, professional liability, product liability, federal court or appellate experience a plus, but not required How to apply: All inquiries are confidential.
