Litigation Associate (6–7 Years)

About the role

The attorney will work on a variety of substantive litigation matters including complex litigation, corporate and partnership disputes, trust disputes, contract disputes, and intellectual property disputes.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings and motions
• Drafting and responding to written discovery
• Managing deadlines and case schedules
• Experience with depositions, arguing motions, pre-trial preparation, trials, and arbitrations is a plus

Requirements

• Meaningful litigation experience
• Demonstrably superior legal research and writing skills
• Superior academic credentials from nationally recognized law schools

• 6 to 7 years of meaningful experience

Benefits

Compensation: The anticipated annual base salary range is $330,000 to $350,000. The final salary offered will be dependent on years and type of experience, education, and other factors.
