Associate, Litigation
Kutak Rock LLP seeks an Associate Attorney in its Denver office to join its busy Litigation practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience in business, commercial, and real estate litigation.
About the role
An attorney in the Denver Litigation Department will work with partners, associates, and clients in federal and state courts in Colorado and elsewhere. The Denver office represents top businesses and local governments in Colorado and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Manage a broad range of complex litigation matters in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration forums, across the country
- Handle all aspects of commercial litigation matters, including motions, discovery, court appearances, depositions, and witness preparation
- Draft and argue dispositive motions
Requirements
- Must be admitted to practice with an active bar license in good standing within the state of Colorado
- 3-5 years of experience in business or commercial litigation preferred

- Desire to take on substantive and leading roles in cases, including attendance at hearings, depositions, and trial
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as exceptional research skills

Pay
$180,000-$200,000 base salary, plus discretionary bonus.
Schedule
In office. Hybrid arrangements may be available after training at the discretion of the hiring manager.
