About the role
This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Legal & Accounting environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop litigation strategies for complex commercial cases and regulatory investigations
- Advise diverse clients on various types of litigation across multiple industries
- Draft key legal documents including briefs and pleadings
- Assist in document discovery and trial preparation
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case development
- Participate in client interactions and witness interviews
- Analyze evidence to inform litigation strategy
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of civil litigation experience in a law firm
- Strong academic record with intellectual curiosity
- Excellent writing and research skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Commercial awareness and keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
- Must be a proactive self-starter admitted to the bar
Pay
$235,000 – $365,000 annually
