Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients in the construction industry on contract law, construction disputes, and risk management
• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts to protect client interests and minimize legal risks
• Represent clients in construction disputes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation
• Conduct thorough legal research to support client cases and stay current on construction industry laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other attorneys to develop strategies for complex legal issues
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and generate new business opportunities

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction law, with a strong focus on contract law
• Licensed to practice law in the state
• Proven track record in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts
• Excellent litigation skills with experience representing clients in construction disputes
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, practical advice
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines without compromising quality
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and strategically
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 per year
