About the role

As an Associate Attorney at our firm, you will be part of a dynamic legal team focused on construction law. You will work closely with clients to provide strategic legal advice and representation in various construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior attorneys in the preparation and review of contracts and agreements related to construction projects.
  • Advise clients on compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Represent clients in court and administrative hearings, including mediations and arbitrations.
  • Manage case files and maintain client relationships through regular communication.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in Texas.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction law preferred.
  • Knowledge of contract law and real estate law.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually
