Assistant Nurse Manager - Telemetry Unit

Role Overview This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing statistical data. The role includes hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development of staff. Responsibilities Manage staff performance, conduct evaluations, and implement professional development plans.Participate in staffing, budgeting, and responding to business changes to meet financial goals.Oversee patient care, ensuring interventions meet age and developmental needs, and document appropriately.Create and implement collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.Handle staffing needs, assign nursing duties, approve payroll, and manage staff communications.Ensure staff productivity and department operational goals are met, making recommendations for improvements. Qualifications & Skills Required: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree, RN license, 2-5 years of experience.Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, 5-10 years of experience, less than 2 years of supervisory experience.
