Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development of staff
• Developing and managing departmental staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, ensuring goals are met
• Providing patient care aligned with age and developmental needs, documenting interventions
• Creating collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments
• Monitoring staff productivity, managing payroll, conducting performance reviews, and handling disciplinary actions
• Ensuring operational efficiency and staff performance to meet departmental goals

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience: 2-5 years for basic role; 5-10 years with supervisory experience preferred
• Licenses & Certifications: RN license required
