About the role

The Clinical Assistant Manager oversees nursing operations, resource allocation, and staff management to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to optimize patient care delivery, staffing, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in committees, performance improvement activities, and community engagement.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare systems, performance improvement, and regulatory standards.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Specialty certification within six months of eligibility.
