The Clinical Assistant Manager oversees nursing operations, resource allocation, and staff management to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care aligned with current standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Clinical Manager on quality improvement initiatives, staff performance evaluations, and fostering professional development
• Participate in leadership meetings and promote staff engagement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe environment
• Support patient advocacy, care coordination, and efficient patient throughput
• Manage staffing, schedules, and resource needs for optimal unit functioning
• Contribute to performance improvement activities and data analysis
• Promote professional growth through education, memberships, and community involvement

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience
• One year of experience in a leadership role
• Licensure as a registered nurse
• Relevant certifications
