Responsibilities

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Active RN licensure
• At least two years of clinical experience
• One year of leadership experience
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, performance improvement, JCAHO standards, and financial management
• Certification in a specialty area within six months of eligibility
• BLS certification (mandatory)
