About the Role

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate staffing and maintain a safe patient care environment.
• Coordinate care across disciplines and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Assist in hiring, orientation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Advocate for patients and staff while balancing quality with efficiency.
• Demonstrate financial stewardship through resource planning and cost management.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current RN licensure.
• Certifications in specialty areas and Basic Life Support (BLS).
