About the Role

The Clinical Assistant Manager advocates for resource allocation and supports efficient, safe, and compassionate nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Leadership: Assists in developing quality improvement plans, evaluates staff performance, provides feedback, and fosters professional growth. Participates in leadership and staff meetings to promote staff engagement and maintain standards.
• Operational Management: Ensures optimal staffing, maintains a safe environment, facilitates patient care models, and supports staff onboarding and orientation. Collaborates on patient throughput, compliance with regulations, and quality of care initiatives.
• Financial Oversight: Identifies resource needs, manages costs, and balances patient care quality with efficiency.
• Professional Development: Encourages self-growth, participates in leadership programs, and promotes knowledge sharing. Supports staff education and community involvement.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing School; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience; 1 year in leadership preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare systems, performance improvement, and accreditation standards.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Current RN licensure; specialty certification within 6 months if applicable.
• BLS certification required.
