About the Role

The Clinical Assistant Manager oversees nursing care delivery, resource allocation, and staff management to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing quality improvement initiatives.
• Supervise staff performance and conduct evaluations.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• At least two years of clinical experience, including leadership.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Specialty certification within six months of eligibility.
