About the role

Responsibilities
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure staff competency
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support patient satisfaction targets
- Assist in staffing and coordinate interdisciplinary care
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards such as JCAHO
- Contribute to financial resource management by balancing patient needs with cost efficiency
- Participate in professional development and community engagement activities
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Minimum of two years' clinical nursing experience
- Leadership experience is advantageous
