About the role

The role involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service to customers.
  • Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to teams and other managers.
  • Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
  • Oversee the delivery of great quality food and fast service in the Kitchen Department.
  • Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Support new employees and motivate them throughout their tenure.

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for working in the McDonald’s environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager.

Qualifications

While not specified, previous managerial experience in a similar setting is preferred.

Skills

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
