Assistant/Department Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead shifts to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
- Ensure all service staff are trained in service procedures.
- Organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
- Make sure the restaurant delivers great quality food and maintains food safety standards.
- Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
- Support new employees and motivate current staff throughout their tenure.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
