About the role

The job involves leading shifts and departments in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring a great customer experience and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service to customers.
  • Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
  • Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
  • Manage Sales Promotions effectively.
  • Train Service Staff in service procedures.
  • Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
  • Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and fast service.
  • Monitor food safety and control food costs.
  • Train Kitchen Staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
  • Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew members to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Support Crew in getting off to a good start and motivate them throughout their time working.

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older to be considered for this role.
