About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service.
  • Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
  • Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality food and fast service in the Kitchen Department.
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Support new employees and motivate them throughout their tenure.

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun while working.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Qualifications

Skills
