About the role

The Assembler prepares and performs routine electronic and mechanical assembly operations at unit and module levels using blueprints, work instructions, and diagrams. They assemble, inspect, and rework components, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components into final products per instructions and documentation.
• Perform rework and incorporate engineering changes.
• Prepare and solder electronic components onto circuit boards.
• Verify product quality and accuracy throughout assembly.
• Operate equipment, interpret engineering documentation, and support team training.
• Follow safety protocols and meet productivity and quality standards.
• Read assembly drawings, operate tooling and measuring devices, and support lower-level team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, hand tools, and basic computer skills.
• Certifications like IPC-610 and J-STD 001 are preferred.
