About the role

Assembly team members assemble, inspect, and package quick connect couplings and components to meet production, quality, and safety standards. They support manufacturing by following work instructions, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assemble quick release couplings
• Operate assembly equipment
• Package assemblies for shipment
• Verify product functionality
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using tools like A3 and 5 Why
• Ensure quality standards are met
• Follow standard work instructions and maintain a clean environment based on 5S principles
• Work safely, complying with safety policies
• Maintain a minimum 90% daily attainment level

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Good communication and dexterity
• Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
• Motivated with a positive attitude
