Assembler - Hiring Now

Key Duties

• Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics on various products.
• Install accessories like decals, mud flaps, cameras, and lights.
• Operate overhead cranes to position parts safely.
• Use hand and pneumatic tools with precision.
• Measure accurately with tape measures and drill/tap holes for components.
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions to identify options.
• Lift and stack subassemblies and parts (up to 35 lbs solo; team lift up to 60 lbs).
• Crosstrain across multiple assembly areas as needed.
• Follow instructions meticulously, maintain quality and safety standards, and keep work areas clean.

Qualifications & Skills

• Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and presence on-site.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in manufacturing or general labor is preferred.

Working Conditions

Manufacturing environment with potential exposure to noise, dust, machinery, and temperature changes. Requires standing, repetitive motions, lifting up to 35 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs, and using tools. Proper PPE must be worn, and visual and auditory acuity are necessary for safety and communication.
