Responsibilities

  • Assemble components and subassemblies following job packets, schedules, and instructions.
  • Interpret assembly drawings, bills of material, and prints to plan assembly steps.
  • Visually inspect parts for defects and communicate discrepancies.
  • Fit, align, adjust, drill, cut, and assemble parts to produce subassemblies for air movement equipment.
  • Operate robotic drills and use hand and power tools to complete tasks.
  • Select, count, weigh, and kit parts according to bills of material and schedules.
  • Ensure quality and proper operation of finished products, making adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
  • Assist with operations to maintain workflow, participate in meetings, and communicate issues.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret assembly documentation.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, robotic drills, and measurement equipment.
  • Attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to follow prescribed procedures.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
