Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and routings to produce parts per specifications.
- Ensure assembly quality through inspections and first-piece checks.
- Maintain work area, perform routine machine maintenance, and follow safety protocols.
- Generate simple reports on productivity, quality, and safety.
Requirements
- Ability to assemble parts into subassemblies or finished products with appropriate tools.
- Operate assembly equipment such as rivet machines, presses, and power tools.
- Physical capability to stand, sit, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Basic reading, writing, and visual acuity to follow instructions and inspect parts.
- Manual dexterity for proper equipment operation.
