About the Role

This position is responsible for performing assembly processes to manufacture electronic products in compliance with standards, using visual aids, instructions, and inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, assemble, and inspect components and subassemblies
  • Operate equipment and machinery
  • Ensure accuracy of paperwork
  • Follow safety procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Create work orders and reports
  • Participate in cleanliness and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support quality and safety standards
  • Perform rework or repair as needed
  • Additional duties may be assigned

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of manufacturing assembly experience
  • Knowledge of materials, processes, and quality control
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Excellent manual dexterity
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Soldering certification preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Work Conditions

Typical manufacturing environment requiring the use of PPE. Exposure to noise, temperature variations, dust, or fumes. Predominantly sitting with some standing. Requires visual acuity and manual skills.
