About the role

Senior Mechanical Assembler responsible for assembling products for COTS, military, and aerospace applications.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through multiple stations to maximize efficiency and alertness.
  • Read blueprints to verify parts and ensure accurate assembly.
  • Double-check connections, apply glue, conformal coating, and document discrepancies.
  • Report defects or issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Use various tools, instrumentation, and calibration equipment proficiently.
  • Communicate with assembly line stations to maintain speed and accuracy.
  • Maintain and service equipment as needed.
  • Conserve resources to minimize waste.
  • Assemble components accurately according to specifications.
  • Adhere to ESD and FOD safety protocols.
  • Cross-train across stations to enhance final product flow.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide feedback to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor kit supplies and report shortages.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and mechanical skills.
