About the role

Assembler Tier II responsible for performing various assembly operations on axles, housings, brakes, and related components primarily for trucks and heavy-duty vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Work at assigned assembly stations following production schedules and instructions.
• Select, verify, and assemble parts using hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and powered equipment.
• Press fit bearings, build-up and align assemblies, and torque fittings to specifications.
• Perform visual inspections, detect defects, and report issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, assist in safety hazard elimination, and support team members.
• Be flexible to work any shift and perform overtime as needed, including weekends.
• Perform routine operations and other assembly duties as directed.

Requirements

• Reliable with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Proficient in using hand tools, gauges, and powered equipment.
• Capable of lifting, moving, and positioning parts with manual aids.
• Strong attention to detail for inspection and quality control.
• Flexible, adaptable, and committed to safety standards.

Schedule

Flexible to work any shift, including overtime and weekends as needed.
