About the role

The LG5 Breath Guard Cell Operator assembles, fabricates, and TIG welds custom breath guard products in a cell-based manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on materials such as aluminum, steel, and stainless steel, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Fabricate components by cutting, shaping, fitting, and joining metal parts per specifications.
• Assemble breath guard components and finished products following blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Operate and maintain welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect components and products for quality, troubleshoot issues, and document production activities accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency, support continuous improvement, and assist in training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace adhering to safety policies and 5S standards.

Requirements

• Ability to perform TIG welding on various metals.
• Experience with assembly, fabrication, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and documentation standards.
• Teamwork, communication, and willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Successful completion of a welding test.
• Adherence to safety policies and active participation in maintaining a safe work environment.
