About the role
Assemble and prepare machinery and parts for shipment, including building skids, crates, and boxes to specifications, wrapping, sealing, and bracing equipment for domestic and export transport. Prepare items for long-term storage and ensure compliance with quality, OSHA, and EPA standards.
Responsibilities
- Read shipping instructions and design layouts for packaging
- Inspect inventory and prepare items for shipment or storage
- Build custom skids, crates, and boxes according to specifications
- Wrap, seal, and brace equipment for safe transport
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and quality standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills and computer aptitude for shipping documentation
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform repetitive motions
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety regulations

Pay
