About the Role

This position involves assembling filtration products in accordance with production schedules, work instructions, and procedures. You will perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet specifications, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and accurately record production activities. Collaboration with team members and participation in continuous improvement efforts are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble filtration products per instructions and schedules.
• Perform quality checks during assembly.
• Work safely in environments involving fiberglass products using PPE.
• Maintain organized, clean work areas.
• Record production activities and communicate concerns promptly.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.
• Basic math, measurement, and hand tool skills.
• Effective teamwork and independent work skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical ability to stand, perform repetitive tasks, lift, bend, and move safely throughout the shift.
