Assembler - Hiring Now

Seeking an assembler for 2nd shift (2:15 PM – 12:45 AM, Monday–Thursday) earning $28.13/hour plus shift differential.

About the role

The role involves performing assembly operations in a flexible work cell to produce lighting products such as light fixtures, plugs, receptacles, and control panels, following work orders and routing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Assemble parts by fastening with bolts, screws, or cements
• Tend machinery like arbor presses and riveting machines
• Check components for quality and quantity
• Work across different work cells as needed
• Perform quality inspections of finished products
• Conduct final inspections before packaging
• Use tools such as drills and rivet machines

Requirements

• Excellent attendance
• High School diploma or GED (preferred)
• 1 year of experience preferred

Pay

$28.13/hour plus shift differential
