Role: Electromechanical Assembler I responsible for supporting the production of miniature Cartridge-Actuated Devices (CAD) and Propellant-Actuated Devices (PAD) in the aerospace industry. Key Duties Perform mechanical and electronic assembly tasks, operating assembly equipment under supervision.Weighing and pressing pyrotechnic powders following approved procedures.Meet production schedules, conduct self-inspections, and ensure compliance with quality standards.Report run times, quantities, and any equipment or quality concerns promptly.Maintain equipment and work areas, adhering to safety and regulatory policies. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent.At least one year of manufacturing experience.Ability to read technical drawings and travelers, with basic math skills.Familiarity with standard measuring instruments (SMI).Willingness to work in environments with machinery, chemicals, noise, and explosives, using PPE as required. This onsite role offers hands-on experience in a high-performance setting, emphasizing safety, quality, and operational excellence.
