About the role
Join a growing team as an Appointment Setter / Account Representative. In this role, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service. No cold calling required. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Prairie, TX.

Requirements
- 1+ year of sales, collections, retail, customer service, or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency

Pay
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr with uncapped bonuses. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Schedule
Full-time, hybrid schedule. Weekday shifts: 11am-8pm or 12pm-9pm. One weekend day required (remote on weekends). 2 weeks of onsite paid training.
