Responsibilities
- Take ownership of incoming patient inquiries and meticulously schedule appointments.
- Navigate complex medical calendars to ensure timely access to care.
- Conduct essential patient pre-certification to guarantee insurance coverage for scheduled services.
- Actively communicate vital information regarding appointments and preparation instructions to patients.
- Accurately collect insurance data and personal details.
- Collect co-pays and co-insurance, directly impacting operational efficiency and patient financial experience.
- Manage a varied workload while adhering to all policies and standards in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a healthcare setting, demonstrating familiarity with medical scheduling and patient engagement.
- Strong understanding of the importance of precise data entry.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.

Pay
