About the role
The successful applicant must have state and federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) agency experience and a background in employment law. Responsibilities include drafting agency position statements, supporting investigations of claims and mediations facilitated by agencies, and supporting marketing efforts through law flashes, pitches, and white papers. Prior human resources experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Draft agency position statements and support investigations of EEO claims and mediations facilitated by agencies.
- Support marketing efforts, including creating and distributing law flashes, pitches, and white papers.
- Provide administrative support to the labor and employment practice team.
Requirements
Must be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying. This position may be resident in any of our US offices.
Qualifications
Must have:
- State and federal EEO agency experience.
- A background in employment law.
- Experience drafting agency position statements.
- Experience supporting investigations of EEO claims and mediations.
- Experience supporting marketing efforts.
- Prior human resources experience (preferred).
