Labor and Employment Associate

Responsibilities

• Litigation defense
• Advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws
• Handling FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and violation of wage law matters
• Client contact and handling all aspects of complex employment cases for regional and national clients of all sizes

Requirements

• A strong academic background
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
• A license to practice in Kentucky

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates licensed in Kentucky
• Candidates with some labor and employment experience
