Responsibilities
- Litigation defense
- Advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws
- Handling FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and violation of wage law matters
- Client contact and handling all aspects of complex employment cases for regional and national clients of all sizes
Requirements
- A strong academic background
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
- A license to practice in Kentucky
Qualifications
- Entry-level candidates licensed in Kentucky
- Candidates with some labor and employment experience
