Our client is a full-service law firm with over 200 attorneys in 16 different offices. A well-established and growing law firm in the Mid-Atlantic region, known for its exclusive representation of management-side clients in both the public and private sectors, the firm has developed a focused niche representing financial services clients in arbitration and related matters. This includes cases involving restrictive covenants, noncompete and non-solicitation agreements, employee mobility, and regulatory arbitration proceedings.
About the role
The firm is seeking an associate attorney to join its employment law practice. Due to increased demand in this area, the firm is looking to add an associate with 1–4 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Employment litigation
- Restrictive covenant disputes
- FINRA arbitrations
- Noncompete and non-solicitation agreements
- Drafting and negotiation of employment or severance agreements
Requirements
- Licensed to practice in New Jersey; additional bar admissions are considered a plus

$120,000 - $180,000 per year
