Key Responsibilities
- Handle a broad range of employment litigation matters, including:
- Single‑plaintiff disputes
- Wage & hour matters
- Class and collective actions
- Discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims
- Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy, client counseling, and high‑stakes litigation matters
- Take on increasing responsibility and ownership of cases over time
Key Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Active California Bar membership
- 3-8 years of employment litigation experience
- Experience with wage & hour, class actions, or complex employment disputes preferred
- Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: Approximately $295,000 to $360,000, depending on experience and alignment
