Labor Employment Associate

Roles & Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery requests and related litigation documents.
• Prepare, file, and oppose motions in employment litigation matters.
• Conduct and defend depositions, including witness preparation.
• Appear in court hearings and represent clients throughout litigation.
• Perform legal research and provide guidance on employment and labor law issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Employment Litigation and/or Commercial Litigation.
• Strong knowledge of California and Federal Employment Law.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
• Excellent legal research, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
