About the role
The successful applicant must have state and federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) agency experience and a background in employment law. Duties include drafting agency position statements, supporting investigations of claims and mediations facilitated by agencies, and supporting marketing efforts through law flashes, pitches, and white papers. Prior human resources experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Draft agency position statements and support investigations of EEO claims and mediations.
- Support marketing efforts through writing and presenting law flashes, pitches, and white papers.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client relationships and firm reputation.
Requirements
Morgan Lewis is not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position. Must be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying. This position may be resident in any of our US offices.
Qualifications
Must have a law degree and be licensed to practice law in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying. Experience in labor and employment law is preferred but not required.
Skills
Strong legal research and writing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are required.

Pay
The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave).
