About the role

The Labor and Employment Associate position is available in Buchanan's Pittsburgh Office. It is a mid-to-senior-level attorney role with 4-7 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation
• Take on significant responsibility for administrative matters
• Counsel clients across various employment areas including, but not limited to, wage & hour, ADA, ADEA, class and collective action, Title VII, and Title IX
• Engage in legal assignments and interact directly with clients
• Work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Requirements

• Seasoned attorneys with 4-7 years of experience practicing labor and employment law
• Exceptional academic achievements
• A strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Capability to handle pressure and meet multiple deadlines
