Qualifications

• Admission to practice law in Texas
• Highly effective and detail-oriented writing and oral communication skills
• Excellent research skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues
• The professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency drafting pleadings and motions
• At least two years of experience in Labor & Employment practice
• One or more of the following areas: Labor and Employment litigation, Class and Collective Action, Wage and Hour matters, Trade Secret matters
