Responsibilities
- Defend sophisticated wage and hour class and collective actions
- Handle PAGA representative actions – one of the most active and evolving areas of California litigation
- Advise and defend management-side clients across a broad range of labor and employment matters
- Collaborate directly with partners and clients on strategy, discovery, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation
Requirements
- 3-6 years of labor and employment law experience
- Substantial wage and hour, PAGA, and class action experience (required)
- Active California bar license
- Strong academic credentials and top-tier writing and analytical skills
- Ambition, curiosity, and a genuine interest in shaping the future of employment law

Pay
