Affordable Regional Manager - Austin
About the role
As a Regional Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a portfolio of affordable housing communities — sharpening operations, keeping financial performance on track, and building teams that deliver. You'll partner closely with Community Directors, step in as the go-to leader when challenges arise, and help every property hit strong results while creating the kind of resident experience that makes a house feel like home. This is a role for someone who wants real ownership, real impact, and a real seat at the table.
At Elmington Living, we're redefining what property management can look like — and we're looking for leaders ready to help us raise the bar. With 70+ communities across the U.S. and a fast-growing presence rooted in Nashville, our work is driven by heart, hustle, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way.
