About the role
As our Administrative Associate, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks related to our service branch operations including reporting, scheduling, and onboarding assistance. Your customer service mindset provides an engaging experience with internal and external stakeholders whether it is through phone calls, emails, or face-to-face visits. You will bring 2+ years of relevant office administration expertise and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks related to service branch operations, including reporting and scheduling
- Assist with onboarding processes
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant office administration experience
- Associate’s degree in a related field or an additional 4+ years of experience
- Proficiency with office management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, customer relationship management software)
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

Pay
Annual Base Pay Range: $53,400 – $70,140. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, business strategy needs, and factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive based on achievement of company and individual goals.
