Job Duties
- Cook up daily operations of pharmacy research programs and keep projects on track
- Serve as the liaison between research leadership team, pharmacies, and key partners
- Organize and facilitate regular program meetings including preparing and distributing agendas, taking minutes, and providing progress updates
- Oversee Institutional Review Board (IRB) documentation, track program activities, and ensure quality and compliance
- Produce professional written communication including reports, summaries and program materials for internal and external audiences
- Help manage budget, track expenditures, and support reporting to funders
