Pay

The initial compensation for this position ranges from $23.43 to $28.81 per hour, depending on experience, location, and internal equity considerations.

  • 8% license differential for LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, and select Peer Certifications.
  • Possible bilingual differentials: up to 7.5% for qualifying direct service roles; up to $80.00/month flat fee for qualifying non-direct service roles.

About the role

Provides administrative support to staff across programs to ensure information is relayed effectively and administrative tasks are completed to support project completion, program maintenance, and interdepartmental communications as assigned. Utilizes and organizes the maintenance of office equipment, provides phone coverage, and is responsible for handling and directing communications with both internal and external customers in a professional, efficient, and organized fashion.

Responsibilities

  • Provides general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Answers phone calls, greets visitors, and handles routine inquiries.
  • Schedules meetings and appointments for staff.
  • Performs clerical tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
  • Assists in managing calendars and coordinating schedules.
  • Makes travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and reservations.
  • Monitors and maintains office supply inventory; places and follows up on orders.
  • Supports maintenance of office equipment and coordinates repairs as needed.
  • Assists with assigning and tracking administrative projects and deadlines.
  • Prepares and distributes internal communications or reports as requested.
  • Maintains accurate records and filing systems.
  • Attends training or workshops to enhance administrative knowledge and skills.
  • Participates in team efforts to complete projects and meet departmental goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and one (1) or more years of experience in the field or related area, including intermediate skills with Microsoft applications (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), or equivalent combination of education and experience (two years of relevant experience equals one year of education).
