Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate departmental meetings and events.
- Manage facilities and office supplies to support efficient office operations.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for department staff.
- Prepare and maintain departmental records and reports.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of department policies and procedures.
- Answer phones, handle mail, and perform data entry.
- Organize files and receive inventory in systems.
- Keep office areas clean and organized.
- Perform other office duties as requested.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Up to 1 year of administrative, facilities, or related experience required.
- Able to use Microsoft Office Applications.
Skills
- Good organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands
This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone, and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
